Very unique custom built trailer, the bedroom is at the front (facing the road) and the family room is at the back overlooking the forest.  The covered private porch is facing the back of the property (overlooking the site/forest) for total privacy.

This beautiful 2010 Park Model is immaculate. It has a hard roof extending over both a 15 x 10 Deck and the 22 x 10 Add-a-Room. The add-a-room is surrounded by sliding windows that are screened, with sliding doors at the front as well as sliding doors onto the covered deck at the back.

It is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage that sleeps 7 comfortably. Master bedroom has a Queen size bed with 2 full-sized mirrored closets, and 6 built in drawers; 2nd bedroom has a double bed on the bottom and a single bunk on the top, the add-a-room has a pull out couch (double).

This resort is situated on Pigeon Lake between Ennismore and the town of Buckhorn (16 minutes in either direction); 30 minutes to Peterborough and 35 minutes to Bobcaygeon by road. Boaters will find easy access to Chemong and Buckhorn Lakes for your boating pleasure; great fishing for the avid fisherman or by boat; best of all, it’s just a short ride to Bobcaygeon for breakfast or dinner!

Golf carts are permitted in this resort and off-season storage for boats and golf carts is available.
